Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. However, customs charges may apply in your country which would be charged to you by your postal service upon arrival in your country.

How long will my order take to arrive?

It really depends on the destination country, but you can follow the following estimates:

Once shipped (We usually take 2-4 days to dispatch the items):

 (However, *PLEASE* make sure your shipping address information is entirely correct to ensure a faster, safer delivery!)

Contact us if your order does not arrive within 90 days.

 * Orders are shipped from our warehouses in Europe and Asia.

 Please note delivery times may vary according to different country’s customs restrictions (we wish this does not happen).

Some countries do not have to track shipping available, contact us for further information.

 How can I be featured on your gallery page?

Awesome! You may either e-mail us your photo directly or tag us on social media.

Due to the fact that our products are being shipped from a third party, there is no CANCELLATION/REFUND. 

Once you’ve placed your order the product is automatically processed and prepared for shipping from our third party supplier. Therefore we cannot cancel or refund an order once it is processed.

We aim to keep our customers happy with delivery times but have no control during busy periods (including high sales volumes). Deliveries may take a little longer during those periods. Please note that we cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier. International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination and are the responsibility of the recipient.
