While we hope that you are always satisfied with your BlackMasking purchase, we understand that you may wish to return a product. if you would like to return your product, please review the information below: 

• We do not accept returns of skincare items due to health laws and regulations.

• If the item you received was not the item you ordered, then please read on below 

• Products returned must be ordered directly from us.

• We are unable to process returns or exchanges for any product purchased from one of our retail partners. All items purchased through our retailers must be returned to the retailer from which the product was purchased in accordance with their return policies.

• Products must be returned within 60 days of purchase. any items returned beyond this guarantee time frame will not be refunded, credited or returned.

• All shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. please send your returns via a traceable shipping method and ensure the package for the cost of the items.

• Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS if your product return to us after FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPT for we reship the product back to you will be charged a $5 USD fee for reshipping.
